Terms & Conditions

By booking or using any service provided by RLLA Van Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with a booking.

RLLA Van Rentals reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Renters must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.

All rentals are with-driver only. Self-drive arrangements are not offered.

Any valid ID is accepted at the time of booking — government-issued IDs such as a Driver's License, Passport, UMID, PhilSys (National ID), Postal ID, or PRC ID. A clear photo or scan submitted in advance is fine.

All bookings are subject to van availability. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

RLLA Van Rentals accepts bookings via phone, WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, and through this website. Same-day bookings are accommodated where availability permits.

The renter is responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details at the time of booking.

Rates are always subject to change without prior notice.

A 20% deposit of the total rental fee is required to confirm a booking. Deposits are non-refundable without a valid reason but may be applied to a future re-booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of service, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, GCash, and local bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP). Additional charges apply for trips outside Metro Manila at a rate of ₱1,500 per day.

Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or transporting prohibited goods.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all RLLA vehicles. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.

Maximum passenger capacity depends on the vehicle (5 to 14 persons including the driver). Overloading is not permitted.

Pets are allowed only with prior notice and approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

All rentals include a professional driver at no additional cost. With driver only — self-drive is not offered.

RLLA Van Rentals drivers are professional and courteous. Any disputes involving driver conduct should be reported directly to management.

Standard rates apply to trips within Metro Manila (NCR). A surcharge of ₱1,500 per day applies for destinations outside NCR.

Trips to remote or restricted areas may be declined at the discretion of RLLA Van Rentals.

RLLA Van Rentals is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic delays, road closures, or acts of nature.

The renter is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period due to negligence or misuse.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila.
