Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement is entered into between RLLA Van Rentals ("the Company"), based in Malate, Manila, and the individual or group named at the time of booking ("the Renter").

The Company agrees to provide one of the following vehicles as requested:

• Toyota Hi-Ace Grandia (VIP Captain Seats) — 6 pax

• Toyota Hi-Ace Grandia Elite (VIP Captain Seats) — 10 pax

• Mitsubishi Montero (SUV) — 5 pax

• Toyota Deluxe (Captain Seats) — 12 pax

• Toyota Grandia Captain Seats — 11 pax

• Toyota Grandia (Deluxe Seating) — 12 pax

• Nissan Premium High Roof (Deluxe Seating) — 14 pax

• Toyota Tourer High Roof (Deluxe Seating) — 14 pax

All passenger counts include the driver. The specific vehicle model and year may vary depending on availability. The Company will always provide a vehicle of equal or superior quality to what was booked.

The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends upon return of the vehicle and driver to the agreed drop-off point.

Extensions to the rental period must be communicated and approved in advance. Additional charges will apply for any unapproved overtime.

A professional driver is included with every rental at no extra cost. The driver will operate the vehicle safely and follow all Philippine traffic laws.

All rentals are with-driver only. Self-drive arrangements are not offered.

The Renter must not pressure or instruct the driver to violate traffic laws or operate the vehicle in unsafe conditions.

A 20% deposit of the total rental fee is required to confirm and hold the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable without a valid reason but may be applied to a future re-booking.

The remaining balance must be settled on the day of service, prior to departure, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Accepted modes of payment: Cash, GCash, and bank transfer.

The standard rental rate covers trips within Metro Manila (NCR). A surcharge of ₱1,500 per day applies for trips to destinations outside NCR.

Toll fees, parking fees, and other incidental expenses during the rental period are the responsibility of the Renter.

The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as received. Any damage, soiling, or loss of equipment caused during the rental will be charged to the Renter.

A walk-around inspection will be conducted before and after each rental. The Renter acknowledges the condition of the vehicle at pickup.

The vehicle must not be used for: illegal activities, unauthorized sub-letting, racing or speed testing, towing other vehicles, transporting flammable or hazardous materials.

Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of up to ₱2,000 will be charged for violations.

The Company maintains basic insurance on all vehicles. However, the Renter assumes liability for damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of this agreement.

The Company is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental without refund if the Renter is found to be in violation of any terms in this agreement, or if the driver or vehicle is placed in an unsafe situation.
