Refund Policy

Our policy on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of van rentals.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Deposits paid to confirm a booking are non-refundable without a valid reason. They may, however, be applied to a future re-booking.

The deposit constitutes 20% of the total rental fee and is used to reserve the vehicle and driver for your specified date and time.

Cancellation by the Renter

If the Renter cancels a confirmed booking at any point, the deposit will not be returned.

Any full payments made in advance are also non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed and the vehicle has been allocated.

If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the original pickup time.

Cancellation by RLLA Van Rentals

In the rare event that RLLA Van Rentals is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control (e.g., vehicle breakdown with no available replacement), a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

Refunds in this case will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

No-Show Policy

If the Renter fails to appear at the agreed pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are treated as cancellations. No refund will be issued for the deposit or any advance payments.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the pickup time will be accommodated subject to availability, at no additional fee.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur an administrative fee or may not be accommodated.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or severe weather conditions — RLLA Van Rentals will offer rescheduling at no extra charge.

Refunds under force majeure circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will always endeavor to find a fair resolution for both parties.
